中医护理服务对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的效果

Effect of TCM Nursing Service on Patients With Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的了解中医护理服务用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的可行性及优势。方法选择本院2017年5月-2018年11月的57例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分组,对照组给予一般护理,中医护理服务组进行了中医护理服务。比较两组满意占比,胸腰椎压缩性骨折愈合时间、住院时间,护理前后胸腰椎疼痛程度、焦虑心理状态、生活质量状况,后遗症发生率。结果中医护理服务组满意占比、胸腰椎疼痛程度、焦虑心理状态、生活质量状况、胸腰椎压缩性骨折愈合时间、住院时间、后遗症发生率对比对照组有优势,P<0.05。结论胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施中医护理服务可获得良好效果,可有效改善生活质量和缓解焦虑,加速骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,提升满意度和减少并发症。

Objective To understand the feasibility and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing services for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods A total of 57 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures from May 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. The control group received general care and the Chinese medicine nursing service group provided traditional Chinese medicine nursing services. The satisfaction ratio of the two groups, healing time and hospitalization time of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, degree of thoracolumbar pain before and after nursing, anxiety state and quality of life, incidence of sequelae were compared. Results The satisfaction ratio of TCM nursing service group, degree of thoracolumbar pain, anxiety state, quality of life, healing time of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture, hospitalization time and sequelae were superior to the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing services for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures can achieve good results, improve the quality of life and relieve anxiety, accelerate fracture healing, shorten hospitalization time, improve satisfaction and reduce complications.
