基于AMESim的二自由度液压机械臂仿真研究

摘要 考虑到液压控制系统的非线性特性及有效的机-液仿真研发手段的缺失,本文依托于AMESim软件,针对二自由度机械臂提出了一种简单有效的机-电-液可视化虚拟仿真方法。液压系统、控制系统及机械系统均在AMESim中创建,通过AMESim强大的图形化显示功能并结合仿真数据的分析,对机-电-液系统进行性能评估与优化,大大简化了液压驱动机械臂的研发周期。
