摘要
退耕还林工程作为一项重大生态工程,在优化生态环境、调节气候、涵养水源、增加农民收入、改善农村经济发展结构,以及促进农村产业结构调整等方面都起着重要作用。该文以云南省临沧市云县退耕还林工程项目为例,结合当地实际情况,对退耕还林工程项目实施以来(2002—2017年)所产生的生态效益、经济效益、社会效益体系进行合理、科学的分析评价,为退耕还林后期发展建设提供参考。
As a major ecological project,the project of returning farmland to forestry has remarkable effects in optimizing the ecological environment,regulating climate,conserving water sources,increasing farmers′ financial income,improving the structure of rural economic development,and promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure. Taking Yunxian County,Lincang City,Yunnan Province,as an example,this paper makes a rational and scientific analysis and evaluation of the ecological,economic and social benefits system of the project since its implementation(2002-2017),and provides a reference route for the later development and construction of the project.
