摘要
腐烂茎线虫(Ditylenchus destructor)系世界上一种重要的植物病原线虫。试验通过甘薯培养皿接种法、薯条离心管接种法、薯块切片打孔接种法等3种方法比较线虫培养方面的优缺点,筛选出以甘薯切片打孔接种法,接种已受孕单条雌虫为接种对象的培养体系。该体系为高纯度培养纯化腐烂茎线虫提供新思路,同时也为系统研究腐烂茎线虫个体遗传学及个体发育学等学科提供技术参考。
Ditylenchus destructor is an important plant pathogenic nematode in the world. In this experiment,the advantages and disadvantages of nematode culture were compared by three methods:sweet potato culture dish inoculation method,potato centrifugal tube inoculation method and potato slice drilling inoculation method. A culture system was screened,in which sweet potato slice drilling inoculation method was used to inoculate a single pregnant female. This system provided a new idea for high purity culture and purification of rotten stem nematode,and also provided a systematic study of rotten stem nematode. Individual genetics and ontogeny provide technical references.
