Research Progress of Methods, Mechanisms and Influencing Factors of Ceramic Metallization

主要介绍了陶瓷金属化的工艺流程,综述了近十年来陶瓷金属化的主要方法及相关机理研究,总结了金属化配方、烧结温度、显微结构等因素对陶瓷金属化效果的影响,并列举了陶瓷金属化效果的评价方法,最后对陶瓷金属化工艺的下一步的研究工作进行了展望。

The technological process of ceramic metallization is introduced firstly,and main methods and relative mechanisms of ceramic metallization in recent ten years are reviewed.Also,the influence of metal powder compositions,sintering temperature and microstructure on the results of ceramics metallization are summarized.The evaluation method of ceramic metallization effect is also listed.Finally,the future research work of ceramic metallization technology is prospected.
