摘要
:利用红外碳硫分析仪使用情况和检测试样的特性以及碳、硫含量范围,进行瓷坩埚重复利用的试验。试验证明:使用过的瓷坩埚残渣空白值满足于分析检测要求,用于测定样品分析,结果稳定性好、准确性高。在一定的检测条件下,瓷坩埚的重复利用是可行的。从经济角度考虑,瓷坩埚的重复利用,可实现节能降耗的目的,大大降低检测成本。
This paper mainly discusses about the test of reusing porcelain crucible in the infrared carbon and sulphur analyser.The test proves that the blank value of the used porcelain crucible residue will satisfy the requirement of analysis and detection.It samply makes an analysis for determination.The results are stable and accurate.Detection conditions in our center and the reuse of porcelain crucible are feasible.From an economic point of view,the reuse of porcelain crucible can realize the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption to greatly reduce the cost of detection.
