The tissue-culture rapid propagation technology for Kalanchoe blossfeldiana

摘要 以长寿花叶片为外植体,探讨不同激素浓度配比对长寿花快繁体系建立的影响.结果表明:长寿花愈伤组织最适诱导培养基为MS+2 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA,诱导率达95.8%;丛生芽诱导与增殖培养基为MS+0.1mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 6-BA,诱导率为283.3%;最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L IBA,生根率为94%. The leaves were used to studies the effects of different hormones combination on establishment of rapid propagation in Kalanchoe blossfeldiana . The results showed that the optimum medium for callus induction was MS+2 mg/L 2, 4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA, the ratio of induction was 95.8%;the most suitable medium for bud induction and proliferation was MS+0.1 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 6-BA, the ratio of bud induction was 283.3%;the optimum medium for root induction was 1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L IBA, the rooting ratio was 94%.
