摘要 电动汽车的高速发展对于建立更准确的动力电池模型提出了更高的要求。而锂电池在工作过程中,系统内部参数会因环境及负载工况而发生变化。以锂电池的等效电路模型为基础,考虑工作温度及荷电状态对于锂电池元件参数的影响,通过锂电池充放电实验与复合脉冲特性实验及数值分析和优化方法辨识模型中各元件参数。依托Simscape模块搭建锂电池等效电路模型与充放电模型,在模型中运用安时计量法并考虑温度因素实现SOC估算。实验结果表明,该模型能简易准确地模拟电池在不同工况下的实际特性,为电动汽车动力电池的测试与研发提供设计思路。 The rapid development of electric vehicles puts forward higher requirements for more accurate power battery models. The internal parameters of the lithium battery would be changed due to the environment and load conditions. Lithium battery was based on the equivalent circuit model and considered influences of operating temperature and state of charge on battery components parameters. The charge and discharge experiments, Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic tests and numerical analysis methods were performed on lithium batteries to identify components parameters of the model. Relying on the Simscape module to build the equivalent circuit model and charge and discharge model of the lithium battery, the SOC estimation was implemented by using the ampere-hours measurement method and considering temperature factor in the model. Experimental results show that the model can simply and accurately simulate the actual characteristics of the battery under different working conditions, and it provide design ideas for testing, research and development of electric vehicles power battery.
