自主调节压紧力的电池箱设计与分析

摘要 由于三元聚合物软包锂电池容量随着压力的增加有所降低,为了提高电池放电效率,使电池在放电过程中保持适宜的压紧力,提出了一种可以自主调节电池压紧力的电池箱设计方案,对关键部件进行了选型,并利用理论计算及ANSYS软件对螺杆自锁条件及结构强度进行了分析验证,结果表明本设计方案可靠有效,能够保障电池始终在一个适宜的压紧力下工作。 The ternary polymer soft-coated lithium battery capacity decreases as the compression force increases. In order to improve the discharge efficiency and maintain a suitable compression force of batteries during discharge, a battery box was designed which could adjust the compression force of batteries automatically. The key parts were selected. And the self-locking condition and structural strength of screw were analyzed and verified by using theoretical calculation and ANSYS software. The results show that the design scheme is reliable and effective. And it ensures that the batteries are always operating under a suitable compression force.
