摘要
通过建立全钒液流电池多电堆串联运行的系统等效模型,模拟计算了多电堆串联电池系统内各电堆内部及电堆盘管间的漏电电流分布情况,发现系统中各串联电堆的内部漏电电流同单个电堆相比,漏电电流的分布规律发生了变化。针对这一现象,分别对系统内串联电堆数量、电堆外接盘管等效电阻及每个电堆内所含单电池数量等漏电影响因素,建立全钒液流电池储能系统Simulink等效模型,对多电堆串联系统进行仿真。通过对仿真结果分析得到结论:系统内串联电堆数越多,电堆外接盘管等效电阻越小,系统内串联各电堆所含单电池数越多,导致系统内各电堆漏电电流分布变化越大。该研究为全钒液流电池的多电堆串联运行系统的设计以及风险防范等方面提供了参考依据。
An equivalent model of energy storage system for multi-stack all-vanadium redox flow battery was established. It was used to simulate the problems in the operation of multi-stack battery system. And it was found that the shunt current inconsistency in the system. On this issue, the Simulink equivalent models of various all-vanadium redox flow battery energy storage systems were established for the number of stack included in the system, the equivalent resistance of the external coil of the stack, and the number of single cells included in stack. The conclusion was obtained by analyzing the simulation results that the more the number of stack included in the system, the smaller the equivalent resistance of the external coil of the stack, and the more the number of single cells included in the stack of the system, the greater the influence on the stack shunt current distribution in the system. A reference was provided for the design and risk prevention of multi-stack all-vanadium redox flow battery system.
