摘要 随着电动汽车快速直流充电机的快速发展,充电机输出电流冲击电流过大对于电动汽车动力电池的影响越来越突出。为了有效抑制充电机输出冲击电流对电动汽车动力电池的影响,提出了一种充电机软启动控制策略,大大减小了电动车充电起始阶段充电机系统输出电流冲击电流值,同时降低了冲击电流对车辆动力电池带来的危害及安全隐患。在该控制策略基础上研制了一台样机,实验结果再次验证了控制策略的有效性,同时具备很好的系统兼容性,对电动汽车的发展具有很好的经济推广价值。 With the rapid development of electric vehicle rapid DC charger, the influence of the inrush current of DC charger output current and electric vehicle battery is more and more prominent. In order to effectively suppress the impact of the inrush current of DC charger output current on the electric vehicle battery, the soft start control strategy of the DC charger was proposed, which greatly reduced the inrush current of output current of DC charger system during the initial charging phase of the electric vehicle. At the same time, the damage and safety hazard caused by the inrush current to the vehicle power battery were reduced. A prototype was developed based on the control strategy. The effectiveness of the control strategy was verified by the results, and it was also with good system compatibility, and it had good economic promotion value for the development of electric vehicles.
