长沙冰雪世界项目消防水系统设计研究

Design of Fire Water System for Changsha Ice and Snow World Project

随着冰雪运动在国内的兴起,湖南湘江新区投资建设了矿坑生态修复利用工程长沙冰雪世界项目。该项目的冰雪乐园主体建筑在运营过程中,地面大部区域被冰雪覆盖,环境温度维持在-5.0~3.0℃,我国现行的防火技术规范对此类建筑的消防灭火设施、排烟设施、电气消防设施等如何进行设计尚未做出明确的规定,也难以完全按常规建筑的要求进行设计,给排水专业方面,结合项目实际情况,通过消防性能化分析,最终在大空间的低温区仅设置了干式消火栓系统及灭火器进行保护,在人员密集的常温服务用房内增设自动喷水灭火系统。

With the rise of ice and snow movement in China,Hunan Xiangjiang New Area has invested in Changsha Ice and Snow World Project,a mine ecological restoration and utilization project. During the operation of the main building of the Ice and Snow Paradise in this project,most of the ground area is covered with ice and snow,and the ambient temperature is maintained at-5.0~3.0℃. The current fire protection technical specifications of our country have not yet clearly stipulated how to design the fire extinguishing facilities,smoke exhausting facilities and electrical fire fighting facilities of such buildings,and it is difficult to design them completely in accordance with the requirements of conventional buildings. In drainage specialty,combined with the actual situation of the project, through fire performance analysis,only dry hydrant system and fire extinguisher are installed in the low temperature area of large space to protect,and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system is added in densely staffed room with room temperature service.
