基于杠杆原理的植筋辅助施工方法与研究

摘要 在房建工程中,总会涉及到砌体结构的钻孔植筋,以保证结构整体稳定性的需求,这时大型或满堂脚手架均已拆除,只能依靠人梯进行上部钢筋的植筋,尤其在高层结构及结构板周边,极易发生高处坠落事故;搬动人梯增加施工时间,施工效率明显降低。为解决这些问题,研发了新型植筋辅助装置,通过介绍该装置的研发背景、施工原理、安装方法、施工工艺及对比分析等,验证其优越性,并提出该辅助装置在植筋施工的应用经验,为类似施工提供参考。 In housing construction projects,there is always a need to drill and plant reinforcement for masonry structure to ensure the overall stability of the structure. At this time,large or full scaffolding has been removed,and the upper reinforcement can only be planted by ladder. Moving ladder increases the construction time and reduces the construction efficiency obviously. In order to solve these problems,a new type of auxiliary device for planting steel bars was developed. By introducing the research and development background,construction principle,installation method,construction technology and comparative analysis of the device,its advantages were verified,and the application experience of the auxiliary device in the construction of planting steel bars was put forward,providing reference for similar construction.
