摘要
项目管理工作对于土木工程建筑施工的施工质量有着重要的影响。相关人员通过对工程实施全方位的项目管理,从而有效的提高了项目工程的建筑质量,同时也提高了建筑企业的经济效益。针对项目管理工作在土木工程建筑施工中的应用展开了简要的分析。
Project management has an important impact on the construction quality of civil engineering construction.Relevant personnel through the project implementation of all-round project management,so as to effectively improve the quality of construction projects,but also improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises. In this paper,the application of project management in civil engineering construction is briefly analyzed.
