The construction of the section shield tunnel of the civil construction part of the subway is complicated and has many influencing factors,which has generated great risks.In the construction of subways,how to reduce the safety risks of shield construction and form a sound construction risk management system is particularly important. Through in-depth analysis of subway shield construction,combined with the current construction status of the subway,the risk factors of shield construction are proposed,and the risk management measures of subway shield construction are discussed to ensure the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the subway construction industry.
