摘要
从招投标阶段影响工程造价的因素出发,分析了招投标阶段各方工程造价存在的问题,并提出了相关的控制措施,有利于提高招投标阶段工程造价的控制效果,提高工程效益。
Starting from the factors affecting the project cost in the bidding stage,the problems of the project cost in the bidding stage are analyzed,and the related control measures are proposed,which is beneficial to improve the control effect of the project cost in the bidding stage and improve the project efficiency.
