摘要
城市化的逐渐进步及发展使房建项目类型逐渐多样化,其中所有步骤及工作都关系着房建项目质量及房屋建造进度和投资成本。项目预结算的控制及管理方法已成为目前的重要要素,预结算管理质量的提高可节省大量支出。针对房建项目预结算控制和管理方法进行了详细探讨,以期给房建项目财务工作者带来一定的参考作用。
The gradual progress and development of urbanization has gradually diversified the types of housing construction projects. All the steps and work are related to the quality of housing construction projects and the progress of housing construction and investment costs. The control and management methods of project pre-settlement have become an important factor at present,and the improvement of pre-settlement management quality can save a lot of expenditure. Therefore,this paper discusses the pre-settlement control and management methods of housing construction projects in detail,in order to bring certain reference role to the financial workers of housing construction projects.
