关于监理行业转型工程建设全过程工程咨询服务的策略研究

Strategic Research on Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service for Construction of Transformation Industry in Supervision Industry

随着我国经济社会的进一步发展,住房城乡建设市场日益完善。监理单位自身的监管水平、监管能力以及相应的监管范围,与业主在新时期所产生的监理需求产生了一定的差距。监理行业要顺应经济社会的发展需求,开展全方位转型升级。通过分析监理行业的发展现状,研究了监理行业向全过程工程咨询服务转型的必要性,并对监理行业转型的优势进行了初步分析,同时对应采取的转型措施进行了简要的论述。

With the further development of China's economy and society,the housing and urban construction market is also becoming more and more perfect. The supervision level,supervision ability and corresponding supervision scope of the supervision unit have a certain gap with the supervision needs generated by the owner in the new period. The supervision industry should conform to the development needs of the economy and society and carry out all-round transformation and upgrading. By analyzing the development status of the supervision industry,this paper studies the necessity of the supervision industry to transform into the whole process engineering consulting service,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the advantages of the transformation of the supervision industry,and the corresponding transformation measures are briefly introduced.
