摘要
智能制造的核心要素是数据,实现数据实时高效传输是辅助制造业数字化、智能化、网络化发展的重要助力,针对智能车间现场多品牌、多接口设备数据传输需求,研究了智能制造终端的车间生产数据采集与传输方法。基于车间生产线的工控PLC,使用OPCUA完成数据的采集工作,搭建Restful服务器实现数据传输,以JSON数据串的形式将采集到的数据发送至下游数字孪生车间系统。
The core factor in intelligent manufacturing is data. Real-time and efficient data transmission will help to push forward the manufacturing industry to become more digital, intelligent and network enabled. The data collection and transmission method for workshop production of intelligent manufacturing terminal was studied, aiming at the requirements for data transmission of multi-interface devices and multiple brands in the intelligent workshop. Based on the industrial control PLC of workshop production line, OPC UA was used to collect data and the Restful server was built to transmit data. The collected data was then transmitted to the digital twin workshop system in the form of a JSON data string.
