摘要
本文设计了适用于某无人机平台的有源相控阵天线结构,并阐述了该天线结构的总体设计,针对天线T/R组件热流密度较高的特点进行了热方案设计及热仿真,针对平台的恶劣振动条件,介绍了抗振动冲击设计并进行了振动仿真,同时介绍了电磁兼容设计及三防设计的措施。
The structure of phased array antenna for an unmanned aerial vehicle was designed in this study. The overall design of the antenna was introduced, the thermal scheme design and thermal simulation was elaborated for high heat flux of T/R module of the antenna, the anti-vibration impact design and vibration simulation were introduced for the harsh vibration conditions of the platform. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic compatibility design and the design of moisture-mildew-saltspray proofing was introduced.
