摘要
设计了一种兆瓦级风电高速联轴器,其结构包括胀紧套、扭矩限制器、弹性元件及中间体。其中胀紧套连接空心轴,扭矩限制器打滑进行机组保护,弹性元件补偿位移损伤,中间体传递扭矩。首先描述了联轴器的主要结构及工作流程,其次对联轴器的主要结构进行设计,最后进行试验分析。通过试验得出,胀紧套的扭转强度满足设计要求,扭矩限制器打滑也满足标准打滑的要求,中间体满足传递扭矩的要求、疲劳强度要求。在整机试验时,整机的扭矩传递和打滑能力在合理的范围内,测试过程中由于弹性元件的位移补偿,整机未发生破坏。
A kind of megawatt wind power high-speed coupling was designed, which includes expansion sleeve, torque limiter, elastic element and intermediate.The expansion sleeve is connected with the hollow shaft, the torque limiter skids for unit protection, the elastic element compensates the displacement damage, and the intermediate transfers the torque. The main structure and working flow of the coupling were described first, then the main structure of the coupling was designed, and finally the test analysis was carried out. The following conclusions are drawn from the test: the torsion strength of the expansion sleeve meets the design requirements;the slip of the torque limiter also meets the requirements of the standard slip;the intermediate meets the requirements of torque transfer and fatigue strength. During the whole machine test, the torque transfer and skidding ability of the whole machine are within a reasonable range. During the test, the whole machine is not damaged due to the displacement compensation of elastic elements.
