湿法纺制再生丝素蛋白/氧化石墨烯导电长丝

摘要 将脱胶茧丝溶解于FA(甲酸)-CaCl2溶液中制备再生丝素蛋白(RSF)纺丝液,探究适合纺丝的丝素蛋白(SF)质量分数。然后,在RSF纺丝液中加入氧化石墨烯(GO),并在常温下利用湿法纺丝技术制备RSF/GO长丝。测试并分析RSF长丝与RSF/GO长丝的表面形貌、结晶度、红外光谱、力学性能及导电性能,结果发现:GO的加入没有改变RSF长丝的内部结构,但RSF/GO长丝的力学性能及导电性能得到改善。 The desulfurized silk was dissolved in the solution of FA (formic acid)-CaCl 2 to prepare regeneration silk fibroin protein (RSF) spinning solution to investigate the silk fibroin protein (SF) mass fraction suitable for spinning. Then, graphene oxide (GO) was added into the RSF spinning solution to prepare the RSF/GO filaments by the wet spinning technique at normal temperature. The surface morphology, degree of crystallinity, infrared spectrum, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of RSF filaments and RSF/GO filaments were tested and analyzed. It was found that the addition of GO did not change the internal structure of RSF filaments, but the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of RSF/GO filaments were improved.
