几种使用环境对棉织物性能的影响

摘要 模拟海水侵蚀、机洗、日光辐照、超声波处理4种使用环境对棉织物吸湿性能及力学性能的影响。结果发现:棉织物的回潮率随海水侵蚀、日光辐照、超声波处理的时间增加而不断增加,而机洗时间在0~10h时,棉织物的回潮率随机洗时间的增加而增加,超过10h后,棉织物的回潮率随机洗时间的增加而降低;棉织物的断裂强力随海水侵蚀、机洗、日光辐照、超声波处理的时间增加而持续降低。 The effects of four kinds of service environments such as seawater erosion, machine wash, sunlight irradiation and ultrasonic treatment on the moisture absorption and mechanical properties of cotton fabrics were simulated.The results showed that, the moisture regain of cotton fabrics increased with the increasing time of seawater erosion, sunlight and ultrasonic treatment, the moisture regain of cotton fabrics increased with the increasing time of machine washing when the machine washing time was within 0~10 h, and decreased with the increasing time of machine washing time after 10 h. The breaking strength of cotton fabrics decreased with the increasing time of seawater erosion, machine washing, sunlight irradiation and ultrasonic treatment.
