摘要 汽车用先进材料的轻量化、安全化、节能化、环保化和低成本,是一项复杂的系统工程,关键是所选用的新材料在满足汽车基本性能要求基础上,要不断依靠技术进步降低生产成本。本文重点介绍国内外碳纤维、玄武岩纤维、芳酰胺纤维、纤维素纳米纤维及其复合材料低成本化的研发进展,同时介绍汽车用各种工程塑料的应用简况。 The light weight,safety,energy saving,environmental protection and low cost of advanced materials using in the vehicle,which are complicated systems engineering,while the key was that the light materials you selected should meet basic performance of vehicle,on this basis the lowing cost should be realized. This paper focuses on the low cost progress in R&D of carbon fiber,basalt fiber,aramid fiber,CNF fiber and their composite materials. In the same time,the brief applications of various engineering plastics using in vehicle are introduced.
