摘要 采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力扫描探针显微镜(AFM)、表面动态接触角测量仪表征了国产QM4055级碳纤维和进口高强高模型M55J级碳纤维的微晶结构和表面特性,并对两种纤维与环氧树脂的微观界面及复合材料力学性能进行了研究。结果发现:与高强高模型M55J级碳纤维相比,QM4055级碳纤维的石墨片层的层间距d002为0. 342 4 nm,微晶的堆叠厚度为5. 14 nm,石墨化程度R为0. 43,石墨晶体结构更完善,石墨化程度略高;QM4055级碳纤维的表面粗糙度值Ra为89 nm,略低且均一性略好,截面形状圆形度略高;QM4055级碳纤维表面主要含C、O、N三种元素,且表面O/C比和N/C比分别为0. 078和0. 01,表面自由能为43. 27 mN/m,极性分量为19. 56 mN/m,界面剪切强度(IFSS)分别是50. 2 MPa,表面活性略高。与M55J级碳纤维/AC531树脂复合材料相比,QM4055级碳纤维/AC531树脂复合材料的拉伸强度、压缩强度、弯曲强度和层间剪切强度分别提高了31%、34%、16%和19%,分别达到2 526 MPa、1 054 MPa、1 507 MPa和85. 0 MPa。 The crystalline structure and surface properties of domestic QM4055 carbon fiber and imported high-strength and high-modulus carbon fiber( Toray M55J) were investigated by X-ray diffractometer( XRD),Raman spectroscope( Raman),Scanning electron microscope( SEM),Atomic force scanning probe microscopy(AFM) and Surface dynamic contact angle measuring instrument. The micro interface and mechanical properties of QM4055 and M55J carbon fibers and epoxy resin were studied. The results show that,compared with M55J carbon fiber,the graphite sheet layer spacing( d002),the stack thickness of microcrystals and the degree of graphitization(R) of QM4055 carbon fiber is 0. 342 4 nm,5. 14 nm and 0. 43 respectively,which show more perfect graphite crystal structure and slightly higher degree of graphitization compared with M55J carbon fiber. The surface roughness( Ra) of QM4055 carbon fiber is 89 nm,which is slightly lower and has better uniformity,and the section shape is slightly higher in roundness. The surface QM4055 carbon fiber mainly contains three elements C,O,and N,and the ratio of O/C and N/C are 0. 078 and 0. 01,respectively,the surface energy and the polar component of QM4055 carbon fiber are 43. 27 mN/m and 19. 56 mN/m,respectively,the interfacial shear strength( IFSS) is 50. 2 MPa,slightly higher surface activity. Compared with M55J carbon fiber/AC531 resin composite,the tensile strength,compression strength,bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of QM4055 carbon fiber/AC531 resin composite were improved by 31%,34%,16% and 19%,respectively,which were 2 526 MPa,1 054 MPa,1 507 MPa and 85. 0 MPa.
