摘要
装置大型化要求加热炉同步大型化,而此时炉型的选择对节约占地、减少工程投资、提高加热炉热效率、易于施工和检维修以及便于操作等方面显得尤为重要。文章以国内2个不同项目不同热负荷的PX装置二甲苯塔重沸炉为例,介绍了2种典型的加热炉结构,并从炉型技术特点、管系布置、钢结构设计、燃烧器设置、吹灰器设置,衬里结构等方面进行多角度对比,为炉型的选择提供参考。
The large-scale devices require large-scale heating furnaces accordingly.Under such circumstances,the selection of furnace types is particularly important in saving occupation of land,reducing engineering investment,improving furnace thermal efficiency and facilitating construction,inspection and maintenance and operation.This paper takes the xylene column reboilers in PX units with different heat loads in two projects as example.It introduces two typical heating furnace structures.The paper also compares these two furnace structures from such aspects as technical characteristics of different types of furnace,pipe system layout,steel structure design,burner setting,soot blower setting and lining structure.This provides reference for the selection of furnace types.
