摘要
文章针对延迟焦化装置富气压缩机汽轮机检修后,在单机试车、机组联动试车良好的情况下,机组投产过程中,达到一定负荷就发生跳闸停机的现象进行了总结分析。分析结果显示,最终的原因是:单侧拉杆螺栓背帽松动,前轴承座膨胀不均匀,危急保安装置的拉钩与危急遮断器飞锤头部发生径向撞击,引起速关油路泄压,速关阀关闭,造成汽轮机停机。通过采取有效措施,消除了机组突然停机的故障,保证了机组的安稳运行。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the trip-out of rich gas compressor turbine in delayed coking unit when it reaches a certain load in the production process under the condition of good single-unit test run and unit linkage test run after maintenance.The results indicate that the final reason is that the back cap of the one-sided stay bolt is loose and the front bearing seat expands unevenly;then the pull hook of the emergency safety device makes radial contact with the head of the flying hammer of the emergency governor.These lead to quick shut-off oil and pressure relief and closing of the quick closing valve,which results in the trip-out of the steam turbine.By taking effective measures,the sudden trip-out of the unit is eliminated and this ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
