摘要 在进行某款新车型安全带和气囊系统的开发时,对于同一车型,不同的安全带布置位置是否对C-NCAP假人得分有影响,以及有多大影响需要进行探索.基于该车型的开发,通过MADYMO软件对不同安全带和不同侧气帘的布置位置工况进行分析,基于C-NCAP标准得到了不同工况的假人得分,从而找到了该车型C-NCAP假人得分较高的安全带和气囊的布置位置.结果表明,约束系统CAE分析在前期布置校核阶段介入,可以对约束系统零部件的布置提出一些有益于C-NCAP得分的建议. In the development of seat belt and airbag system for a new type of car, it is necessary to explore whether different positions of seat belt have an impact on the C-NCAP dummy score and how much impact it has on the same type of car. Based on the development of this model, the working condition of different seat belts and different side air curtains are analyzed by MADYM0 software. The dummy scores under different conditions are obtained based on C-NCAP, and the positions of seat belts and airbags with higher score for the C-NCAP dummy are found. The results show that the intervention of CAE analysis in the pre-layout and checking stage can provide some useful suggestions for the layout of restraint system's components.
