摘要
针对汽车路谱采集和台架试验中传统接触式应变采集方法的局限性,提出了运用动态应变测试技术(Vic-3D)测量系统来进行非接触式特殊工况的应变采集,突破了接触式测量需要全场测量等的技术瓶颈.介绍了数字图像相关方法(DIC)的基本原理及算法公式,对基于DIC技术的Vic-3D测量系统试验流程进行了阐述.通过对汽车扭力梁进行局部应变采集试验,将Vic-3D测量与传统电阻应变片式测量进行了结果比对,发现2组数据相差较小,验证了Vic-3D系统对于应变测量的广泛性与准确性.
In view of the limitation of traditional contact strain acquisition method in vehicle road spectrum acquisition and bench test? a dynamic strain measurement technology (Vic-3D) measurement system is proposed to carry out strain acquisition under non-contact special working conditions? which solves the bottleneck of full-field measurement. This paper introduces the basic principle and algorithm formula of digital image correlation (DIC). The test flow of Vic-3D measurement system based on DIC technology is described. Through the local strain acquisition test of automobile torsion beam? the Vic-3D measurement results are compared with those of traditional resistance strain gauge measurement? and the difference between the two sets of data is found to be small? which verifies the universality and accuracy of Vic-3D system for strain measurement.
