摘要
适合与超越,是办学者的教育追求。适合是教育的基础和条件,即遵循规律,遵循教育教学规律,遵循人的身心发展规律,提供顺应学生学习天性的教育;超越是教育的目标和追求,即追求个体发展最大化、最优化,追求全面而有个性发展,帮助学生实现持续发展。学校管理者可通过做有情怀的教育者、为学生打造适合的课程体系、最大限度地发展教师,不断摸索学校的改革定位,去探索“适合与超越”的办学模式。
Suitability and transcendence is the educational pursuit of schooling. Suitability is the educational basis and condition, indicating following the rules, the rules of education and teaching, and the rules of human’s mental and physical development, providing students with education suiting their nature. Transcendence is the educational goal and pursuit, meaning maximizing and optimizing one’s personal development, pursuing all-round and personalized development, helping students fulfill their sustainable development. School administrators may make an exploration of the school-running mode of “suitability and transcendence” by way of being sentimental educators, designing suitable curriculum systems for students, maximizing teacher’s development, and continuously exploring the orientation of school reform.
