摘要
落实立德树人的教育根本任务,需要政府、学校、家庭、社会等多方共同施力。学校的主体责任是,营造积极向上的校园氛围,搭建学生健康成长的平台,以丰富多样的可选择的课程满足学生个性化需求。为了提升学生品格和促进核心素养的全面养成,江苏省江阴高级中学以打造“领跑者”青年发展联盟为载体,以形态各异的“联盟群”建设探索学生内心喜欢、知行合一的育人范式,追求教育和谐境界,为学生的终身成长奠基。
Implementing the fundamental task of moral education requires the joint eff orts of government, school, family and society. The main responsibility of school is to create a positive campus atmosphere and to build the platform for students’ healthy growth, satisfying the students’ personalized needs with colorful curricula. To improve students’ character and promote the formation of their core accomplishments, our school takes pacemaker youth development alliance as the carrier to explore the educational paradigms loved by students with cognition and action integration, trying to pursue the realm of educational harmony and to lay a foundation for students’ lifelong growth.
