“刻意练习”,提升职初教师胜任力 被引量:5

摘要 美国心理学家埃里克森提出的“刻意练习”概念可以运用于职初教师的培养中。职初教师面临很多的教学困境,通过刻意练习,可以有效提升他们的胜任力。在多方调查了解职初教师具体存在问题的基础上,可以帮助教师有针对性地选择、规划刻意练习项目;探究刻意练习的方法;关注刻意练习的评价反馈,帮助职初教师更快更好地胜任教育教学活动。 The concept of “deliberate practice”, suggested by Erikson, American psychologist, can be used to cultivate novice teachers who are confronted with many teaching predicaments and through deliberate practice they can eff ectively improve their competence of teaching. Based on various surveys of their practical problems, we can help them to elaborately select and plan the projects of deliberate practice, to explore the corresponding methods, and to focus on the assessment and feedback, hoping to assist them to be competent for teaching and education in a faster and better way.
