摘要
文章在中国高校2009-2018年失效专利的数据基础上,详细分析了2018年中国高校失效专利及失效原因,包括高校失效专利类型、维持年限、地域分布等,并在此基础上提出相应促进中国高校知识产权发展的结论和建议.
Based on the data of invalid patents of Chinese universities from 2009 to 2018, this article gives a detailed analysis of main reasons of invalid patents of Chinese universities in 2018, including the types of patent invalidation, the number of years which invalid patents maintain, geographical distribution, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of intellectual property rights in Chinese universities.
