易门公租房建设的地质灾害危险性综合分区评估及防治措施

位于复杂地质环境下的工程项目,在施工之前必须要开展地质灾害危险性评估,根据评估结果确定是否适合施工,并提前对病害地质进行针对性处理,从而保证建筑整体质量安全.文章以易门公租房为例,首先概述了地质灾害危险性评估任务、评估范围、评估等级,随后在分析地质灾害危险性评估预测内容以及工程建设对周边环境带来影响的基础上,结合施工经验,提出了关于复杂地质条件下如何进行危险因素防治的几点建议.

For the project located in the complex geological environment, we must carry out the risk assessment of geological hazard before construction, and, according to the evaluation results, determine whether it is suitable for construction so as to deal with the geological hazard in advance. In order to ensure the overall quality and safety of the building, this paper, taking Yimen public rental housing as an exemplar, first summarizes the task, scope and grade of geological hazard risk assessment, and then analyzes the contents of geological hazard risk assessment and prediction and the impact of engineering construction on the surrounding environment. Based on construction experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent and control dangerous factors under complex geological conditions.
