雄安新区辐射范围内铁路货场卸车能力及对策探讨

A Study on the Strategies to Improve the Railway Freight Yards’ Unloading Capacity in the Surrounding Areas of the Xiong’an new Area

雄安新区重点打造北京非首都功能疏解集中承载地,与北京城市副中心形成北京新的两翼。为提升雄安新区建设材料铁路运输的供应能力,阐述雄安新区的发展和雄安新区辐射范围内的铁路货场现状,提出对辐射范围内铁路货场进行货场卸车能力改造,通过分析范围内的霸州货场、文安货场、任丘货场和高碑店货场4 个铁路货场卸车能力,结合雄安新区发展建设材料的需要量,提出雄安新区辐射范围内铁路货场卸车能力改造对策,以提升雄安新区辐射范围内铁路货场能力,进而为增强铁路货运市场竞争力提供参考。

As a key area to host the functions relocated from the capital city, the Xiong’an New Area, along with the sub-center, will form the “two wings” of Beijing. To improve the Xiong’an New Area’s capacity to transport construction materials it needs, based on an overview of the New Area’s development and the current conditions of the railway freight yards in the surrounding areas, this paper has studied the unloading capacities at 4 yards: Bazhou, Wen’an, Renqiu and Gaobeidian. According to the Xiong’an New Area’s demand for construction materials, this paper has put forward the strategies to upgrade the unloading capacity at the yards, which are expected to be of significance to increase railway’s competitiveness in the freight transportation market through improving the yards’ capacity.
