铁路快运货物班列电子锁技术研究

摘要 近年来铁路快运货物班列向着现代化、规模化、物流化方向快速发展和转变,为加强货物运输安全,针对现有铁路货车缺乏实时定位追踪手段,以及铁路货车运输过程中监控车门的安全需要,结合铁路快运班列运输的特点,研究具有实时报警、定位、可重复使用的电子锁技术方案,分析电子锁结构设计、工作原理及操作流程,试验应用结果表明,使用该电子锁技术可以实现对铁路快运货物班列安全监控及实时追踪,能够有效遏制运输过程中货物偷盗、货物置换等违法行为的发生,达到铁路快运货物班列全程化实时追踪监控目标。 In recent years, the railway freight express has been developing rapidly in a large-scale manner aiming to achive industrial modernization or transformation into logistics. To ensure safe freight transportation through real-time security monitoring of the moving freight train doors, based on the characteristics of railway freight express transportation, this paper has put forward an application plan of the reusable E-lock system, which features the advantageous functions of real-time alarming and positioning, in view of the fact that no real-time positioning and tracking devices are applied. The paper has provided its detailed analysis of the e-lock system in terms of its structure design, working principle and operation process. The paper has concluded with the trial results: real-time tracking and monitoring throughout the whole transportation process can be achieved by installing the e-lock system, which is helpful to prevent the occurrence of illegal acts such as thefts and replacement in the course.
