摘要
为提高超偏载检测装置和动态轨道衡的运行质量,通过分析货运计量安全检测监控系统中超偏载检测和轨道衡检测的数值存在的线性关系,确定超偏载检测装置的运行质量指标,建立回归分析的数学模型,对检测数据进行深入分析,挖掘数据中的设备运行质量相关关系,对数据进行线性拟合,提取出描述设备运行状态的参数,进而描绘相应的散点图及对应的趋势线,直观展示设备运行质量,完善“货运计量安全检测监控系统”中设备误差的算法和考核指标,为促进计量安全检测设备运行质量的提升提供理论依据。
In order to improve the running quality of overloading and unbalanced loading detection device and weighing scales, this paper analyzes the linear relationship between the values of the overloading and unbalanced loading detection and the rail weigher detection in the railway freight transportation measurement safety monitoring system, determines the running quality indicators of overloading and unbalanced loading detection device, and established the mathematical model of regression analysis. On top of an in-depth analysis of the detection values, this paper digs out the correlation in the data of the equipment operation quality, conducts a linear fitting on the data, extracts the parameters that describe the running status of the equipment, and thus draws corresponding scatter diagrams and trend lines using numerical analysis tools, so as to display the equipment operation quality intuitively. This paper also put forwards some suggestions to improve the algorithm on equipment error and assessment index in the “railway freight transportation measurement safety monitoring system”. This paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the operation quality of measurement safety testing equipment.
