摘要 中小学育人理念是对中小学教育实践的凝炼,具有广博性与精深性两种基本特征。广博性既是对“全人”式综合素养的概括,也是对现实中人的基本属性的回归。它表达了与个体成长历程息息相关的诸多素养的教育价值,对普通中小学有明显的教育话语权特征。精深性强调学习者的个性、兴趣,是对专业素养的概括、升华。它以高于现实的姿态彰显崇高、理想的教育信条,在中小学的名校圈子中更具“合法性”身份,指示了“精英”素养的养成方向。 The Educational Implication of Primary and Secondary School refines basic education’s work concept, which has fundamental features of breadth and profundity. Breadth is not only a summary of the comprehensive quality of complete people, but also a return to the basic attributes of the human in reality. It expresses the educational value of many accomplishments which are closely related to the course of individual growth, and plays an important role in ordinary primary and secondary schools. Profundity comes from the idea of elitism education, which is a generalization of professionalism. Showing the educational belief of loftiness and ideal above the reality, Profundity has more legitimate status in the elite circles of primary and secondary schools, indicating the cultivation of elite literacy.
