摘要
大学生职业生涯规划是当今研究的热点问题之一。培养大学生职业规划的能力,树立正确的职业规划发展路线,将很大程度上缓解我国的就业难和招人难的“两难”局面。通过分析安全动机对大学生职业规划的职业目标、职业价值偏好类型、职业付出和职业权力距离的影响,并针对其提出有效的对策,帮助大学生科学合理地进行职业规划。
Career planning of college students is one of the hot issues in today's research. Training college students' career planning ability and setting up a correct career planning and development route will largely alleviate the dilemma of employment and recruitment difficulties in China. By analyzing the impact of safety motivation on career planning, career value preference, career pay and occupational power distance, we put forward effective countermeasures to help college students make career planning scientifically and reasonably.
