湖南省高职院校工科类专业“双创”教育调查研究——基于湖南省10所高职院校数据分析

Investigation and Research of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education of Engineering Majors in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges

"双创"教育是培养具有创新精神和创业意识人才的重要抓手,为响应国家从"制造大国"向"制造强国"转变的号召,湖南省高职院校工科类专业必须为湖南装备制造业提供更高效的劳动者。然而目前高职院校在培养具"工匠精神"的创新型人才教育上存在明显的不足,本文以湖南省10所高职院校工科类"双创"教育调研为切入点,深入分析其"双创"教育存在的问题和原因,并为"工匠精神"引领下湖南省工科类专业开展"双创"教育提出建议。

Innovative and entrepreneurial education is the important guarantee to cultivate talents with innovation spirit and entrepreneurship consciousness,and to respond to China’s appeal of transforming large manufacturing country into strong manufacturing country,engineering majors of Hunan higher vocational colleges must provide Hunan equipment manufacturing industry with more effective labors.However,at present,obvious deficiency exists while cultivating innovative talents with artisan spirit in higher vocational education.This paper starts from the investigation and research of innovative and entrepreneurial education of engineering majors in ten Hunan higher vocational colleges,and deeply analyzes problems and reasons existing in innovative and entrepreneurial education,and proposes suggestions for innovative and entrepreneurial education of engineering majors in Hunan under the guidance of artisan spirit.
