服务于课程建设的教师职业能力提升策略探析

摘要 教学工作是学校的中心工作,课程建设是教学工作的重点之一。全面提升教师职业能力是提高教学效果和人才培养质量的关键;教师是课程建设的主体,课程建设的主要任务包括课程设计、课程实施与课程评价;教师应该切实提升教学能力、科研能力、社会服务能力和文化传承创新能力来更好的服务于课程建设。 Teaching is the central task of the school,and curriculum construction is one of the key points of teaching.Improving teachers’ professional ability is the key to improving teaching effectiveness and quality of personnel training;teachers are the main body of curriculum construction.The main tasks of curriculum construction include curriculum design,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation;teachers should effectively improve teaching ability,scientific research ability and social service capacity and cultural inheritance and innovation ability to better serve the curriculum construction.
