摘要
以桃花为原料,通过不同条件下的单因素试验得到桃花多糖的提取率,在单因素试验基础上,选择提取温度、提取时间和pH值3个因素,进行正交试验设计优选桃花多糖最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,桃花多糖最佳提取条件为提取温度100℃,提取时间2h,pH值7。
Extraction rate of peach blossom polysaccharides was obtained with single factor test under different conditions. Based on single factor test,the extraction temperature,extraction time and pH value were chosen as casual factors. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction condition of peach polysaccharide. The result showed that the optimum extraction condition was established as follows:extraction temperature 100 ℃,extraction time 2 h,pH 7.
