对水产品中重金属的污染现状及其检测技术进行研究。分析了水产品中重金属的污染现状,包括重金属的来源、种类及其危害,并分析和研究水产品中重金属的几种检测技术,包括原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法。

This article mainly studied the pollution status and detection technology of heavy metals in aquatic products. This paper analyzed the pollution status of heavy metals in aquatic products,including the sources,types and hazards of heavy metals,and analyzed and studies several detection techniques for heavy metals in aquatic products,including atomic absorption spectroscopy,atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
