摘要
陕西传统美食珍宝,是中华民族对人类饮食文化的独特贡献。但如何使陕西美食既有百年老店的内涵,又能成为适应时代变迁的恒久美食品牌是新时代的历史使命。围绕这一主题构建调研框架,深入研究陕西美食文化发展现状,分析总结陕西美食文化发展中存在问题,提出陕西美食营养化、标准化、品牌化和休闲化发展对策。
Shaanxi traditional food treasure is the unique contribution of the Chinese nation to human diet culture. But how to make Shaanxi delicacies not only have the connotation of a century-old shop,but also become a lasting delicacies brand to adapt to the changes of the times is the historical mission of the new era. This study constructed a research framework around this theme,investigated the current situation of Shaanxi food culture development,analysed and summarized the existing problems in the development of Shaanxi food culture,and put forward the development countermeasures of Shaanxi food nutrition,standardization,branding and leisure.
