摘要
简述了食品类研究生培养的现状和特点,在充分利用校内资源的基础上提出整合农村、产业、社会团体和政府相关部门等校外资源,通过产学研合作、社会实践活动和联合培养等形式,全面提升食品类研究生的实践能力,为社会培养优秀的食品专业高级人才。
This paper briefly described the present situation of graduate education in food science and features. Colleges and make full use of campus resources integration was proposed on the basis of rural areas,enterprises,social organizations and relevant government departments and other external resources,through the production-study-research cooperation,joint training and social practice form,improve food science graduate student's practice ability,foster senior food professional talents for the society.
