摘要
保证食品安全是每个食品从业人员工作基本的出发点和落脚点,为加强高职食品类专业学生法律法规培养及伦理与道德建设、提高综合职业素养,特开设“职业素养提升”课程。从课程设置、教学方法、教学过程和应用实践等方面进行了探索实践,取得良好成效。
Maintaining food safety is the basic professional accomplishment of every food professional. The course of Professionalism Improvement was established to strengthen the legal awareness and moral construction of higher vocational food students,improve students' comprehensive professional quality. We have explored and implemented good results in terms of curriculum,teaching methods,teaching processes and application practices.
