摘要
为对变速箱箱体共振时的噪声声品质进行评价,通过参考语义细分法的主观评价和计算声品质客观参量建立变速箱模态共振工况下的声品质评价模型。结合多种主观评价试验方法优缺点,采用改进的参考语义细分法。选取主要的声品质客观参量进行计算,试验数据表明,在371 Hz、460 Hz和492 Hz等低阶共振频率激励下,变速箱箱体产生噪声的响度较高,尖锐度、波动度和粗糙度较相对较低,但烦躁度值相对较高。在652 Hz和813 Hz共振频率激励下,噪声引起的烦躁度值较低。
In order to evaluate the sound quality of gearbox during resonance, the sound quality evaluation model of the gearbox under resonance mode is established by the subjective evaluation of the reference semantic subdivision method and the objective parameters of the sound quality. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various subjective evaluation methods, an improved reference semantic subdivision method is adopted. The main objective parameters of sound quality are selected for calculation. The test data shows that the loudness of noise generated by gearbox housing is higher, and sharpness, fluctuation strength and roughness are lower, but, the annoyance value is relatively high, under low order resonance frequency excitation of 371 Hz, 460 Hz, and 492 Hz. Under the excitation of resonant frequencies such as 652 Hz and 813 Hz,the noise induced annoyance value is relatively low.
