摘要 工业热电阻检定规程虽已经历过几次版本修订,但业内就其检定方法、设备配置问题还有颇多争论。近年来有一批新的研究文献采用不确定度评估、误差分析计算、实验室试验验证、检定的测量模型的数理分析及使用标准器的数学模型分析等方法,对现行规程的检定方法、设备配置与检定结果的不确定度大小关系的合理性进行了系统地分析论证。该文列举比较现行规程规定要求及理论依据和与此有关的文献研究结果,归纳分析各方主要论点和方法依据的科学合理性及可能的认知误区,阐述检定方法与设备配置对标准器的量值溯源、标准器的使用、电测设备性能发挥的影响,以及水三相点使用条件及使用方法对测量方法的重大影响。分析总结科学、准确、检测工作效率高、建标成本低的检定方法和设备配置原则。并阐明使用科学合理的检定方法对推进社会发展、提高经济效益的意义。 Although there have been several revisions for verification regulation of industrial platinum resistance, there are still many disputes in the industry about its verification methods and equipment configuration. In recent years, a number of new research documents have adopted methods such as uncertainty assessment, error analysis calculation, laboratory test verification, mathematical analysis of measurement models for verification, and mathematical model analysis using standard instruments. This paper systematically analyzes and proves the rationality of the relationship between the verification method, equipment configuration and the uncertainty of the verification results. This article lists the requirements and theoretical basis of the existing regulations and the relevant literature research results, summarizes and analyzes the scientific rationality and possible cognitive errors of the main arguments and methods of all parties. This paper expounds the influence of the verification method and equipment configuration on the measurement value of the standard device, the use of the standard device, the performance of the electric measuring equipment, and the important influence of the triple point of water usage conditions and the use method on the measurement method. This paper analyzes and summarizes the verification methods and equipment allocation principles that are scientific, accurate, high efficiency of testing and low cost of setting up standards. The significance of using scientific and reasonable verification method to promote social development and improve economic benefits is also stated.
