摘要
在矿井的实际生产过程中,蓄电池机车的应用较为广泛。但实际生产过程中,由于井下的工作环境较为恶劣,导致蓄电池机车的故障率显著提升,故障的排查逐渐受到煤矿生产人员的关注。基于此,为了有效提高蓄电池电机车的使用效率,本文从电池、机械以及电气控制等方面对蓄电池电机车进行系统分析,结合现场实际经验提出相应的维护以及保养措施,以期推动矿井的安全高效生产。
In the actual production process of mine, battery locomotive is widely used. However, in the actual production process, due to the poor working environment underground, the failure rate of battery locomotives has been significantly increased, and the investigation of faults has gradually attracted the attention of coal mine production personnel. Based on this, in order to effectively improve the efficiency of the battery electric locomotive, this paper systematically analyzes the battery electric locomotive from the aspects of battery, machinery and electrical control, and puts forward the corresponding maintenance and maintenance measures based on the actual experience in the field, in order to promote the safe and efficient production of the mine.
