This paper expounds the several possibilities of emergencies of hoist, and analyzes the influencing factors of braking deceleration too small or too large of hoist, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, which improves the stability of safety braking deceleration of the hoist, and further strengthens the safety of hoist in the aspects of transporting people and goods.
